1-Grooming
a- Make sure you comb your hair nicely - we dont want to interview candidates who look like zombie or just woke up from sleep!!!b- Put on some light make-up (for female candidates)
c- Wear something decent looking - no jeans/slippers/t-shirts are allowed
2- Things to Bring
a- Resume - Hardcopy (not in pendrive please)b- Copies of your identity card & driving license (if you have any)
c- Copies of all your certificates and scrolls and etc, etc, etc
3- Be Punctual
Make sure you arrive at least 15minutes earlier than the set time. Always be punctual for an interview.4- Manners
If you are unable to make it on time or unable to make it at all, then call the respective person. Please show some responsibility and manners.5- Bring along a pen - for you to fill up the application form! Do not assume people will borrow you one! If you don't have pen, BUY!
6- Handphone
Silent mode your phone! Do not answer calls when interview session is running.7- Relax
Do not play with pens or things during interview. That shows how nervous you are! Try to relax and be at ease and the most important is - SMILE!8- Package
Do not attempt to ask about salary package in the first 15 minutes of any interview or even during first interview, unless the interviewee shared with you. It is best to ask about it towards the end of the session. 9- Follow up
End every interview session with a THANK YOU! And follow up the status after 2 days of the interview. This shows how sincere and serious you are about the job!10- Manners
